What an amazing time I had during my stay! I was impressed with the excellent customer service from the staff. The beautiful rooms were peaceful and spotless. I particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the beautiful view of the surroundings. Best of all was the free airport shuttle service and the location of the hotel which was conveniently central.
I do wish there were more toiletries available such as shampoo, lotion and toothbrushes. , there were some interruptions with the wifi signal.

Meals in hotel were good. The property was situated only 1 mile from meskel square. Our rooms were beautiful. It's worth staying here and exploring Kirkos district.

the hotel had excellent facilities, including a conference room that was perfect for my needs. the location was also ideal, situated in a safe and enjoyable area of the city. I also appreciated the free airport shuttle service that was offered, making my travel arrangements much easier.
Although the hotel overall was great, there were a few drawbacks. the breakfast wasn't up to par, with limited options and some items not even available.
